Students Rise to the Challenge
Since 1989, students like you have raised more than $4.5 million for the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research (FPTR). PT and PTA students are making a difference.
Stay Connected With Your Peers, Your Community, Your Profession
Most students who participate in the Marquette Challenge will not become researchers. They participate because they care about their future profession and know that research improves care for patients and helps prove the value of physical therapy. When students participate in the Challenge at any level they make an investment that strengthens their future profession. Every donation, big or small, makes it possible to fund scholarships, fellowships, and research grants. Further, students who participate gain valuable leadership skills and experience that contribute to their professional growth and networks.
Students Give Forward
The Challenge connects students with research in a meaningful way. Amid the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, Challenge fundraisers connect students with their classmates and communities. Schools can also earn prizes and recognition for fundraising totals as well as special awards for creativity and novel participation. The top fundraising school earns co-naming rights for the next academic year’s Marquette Challenge.
